The owners, Michela and her husband, were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They even helped us resolve a minor paperwork issue.

The hosts, Michaela, and her team were exceptional and welcoming, providing a bottle of sparkling Italian wine and delightful pastries. They were extremely helpful with local information and even called a taxi for us. The apartment had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay and the provision of secure parking was a rare find in Siena.
